I offer different types of coaching depending on your needs, lifestyle, and your financial circumstances. All prices listed are specials and will be increasing after January 1st, 2010. Please remember that these rates cover not only my time with you, but also my travel time, and time spent compiling personalized recommendations, recipes, menu and supplement suggestions, etc.

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation will last about one and a half hours. I will review your Lifestyle Assessment forms that you have brought with you, ask you some questions about your eating habits, daily life, stress, and family circumstances, and we will complete a Nutri-System profile of your health. You will leave with a plan on how to get started and what changes you can make in the first few weeks.

COST: $90.00

Follow-Up Consultation

A follow-up consultation typically lasts an hour. I will be bringing with me more specific recommendations for addressing your unique nutritional deficiencies and other concrete solutions to various lifestyle issues. I will provide you with recipes, food lists, lifestyle tips, and anything else you need to be well on your way to better health.

COST: $60.00

Regular Consultation

This visit will typically last about thirty minutes, and is intended for me to be able to check on your progress, encourage your successes, and adjust your personal plan if necessary.

COST: $30.00

Grocery Shopper's Tour!

Get confused when you get to the supermarket? Overwhelmed by the choices and are unsure as to how to to go shopping for a healthy diet? I'll meet you at the market of your choice and I'll give you the tools, aisle by aisle, and department by department, on how to sort through the claims, read labels, and make wise choices with your shopping dollar.

COST: $50.00 for one client, $75.00 for two, so bring a friend!
